No Terrain being generated

I just bought and imported this package and it's not going great so far.
I'm using Unity Pro 5.3.4f1
With a brand new project, I imported this package/project from asset store within Unity.
Opened the testScene
Hit play, and get this :
No idea where to even being debugging this. I did notice the video tutorials on the asset store are not accurate to what I am seeing. There is no WoldOven in the testScene, but one does get created and destroyed when i hit play.
