Hello,
I just saw this on sale and am very tempted to pick it up even though it's really not relevant to my current project. Just looks like it'd be fun to play with. I am curious as to what the maximum supported map size is, whether there's a hard limit or what the practical performance-limited limit is. Also, do you have a published roadmap of features you plan to add? Thank you for your time.

There is no hard limit of the hexes, although you should keep it in a range of 5000-8000 hexes on 32 bit machines for good texture quality as it would use up reasonably high amount of memory. You may try to write on top of the honey dynamic data streaming to load parts of the map if it fits your type of the game (you have load/save/rebuild features so you are on good way to do stream). We do not have roadmap for new features, I try to spend more time heading toward Honey2 which when finished I plan to replace Honey (automatic licence upgrade for current owners) but most of the time is eanten curently by Thea game which is using Honey steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/430305481
